Get Started with RHTP

The Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP) provides $50 billion in funding to strengthen rural healthcare.
RHTP is a federal initiative that provides $50 billion over five years (FY2026–FY2030) to help states improve healthcare access and outcomes in rural communities. States develop their own transformation plans to invest in priorities such as expanding access to care, strengthening the healthcare workforce, improving chronic disease management, enhancing care coordination, and modernizing digital health infrastructure.

Why Health Centers choose HealthHelper
Usage-based pricing
Pay per call, per patient, per discharge, or per referral, not a large fixed license fee that outlives its usefulness.
Built-in reporting
Structured data capture supports the outcomes tracking your state's RHTP plan requires.
Workforce relief
Every module is designed to extend your team's capacity, not add to its workload.
Fast time to value
Programs can launch in weeks, not years, generating outcomes data from day one.
